II. METHODSA retrospective chart review was undertaken of the senior author's experience. All patients seen by the senior author with a history of nasal obstruction and who underwent surgery between January 1999 and June 2001 were included in this chart review. Findings on history and physical examination, the nature of the surgery performed, and the results of surgery were recorded.
