The Droopy Nose

Question:
My nose hangs down to low - when you fix it, will you be able to see a scar?

Answer:
This scar generally heals as a fine line that is very difficult to see even if you are looking right at it. BUT, it should not be visible even after lifting the nose.

Here are the front view photos - before and after - of the patient with the very droopy nose. In the after photos, her scar is not visible.

And, here is her columellar scar on base view, 6 months after surgery:
