If I'm traveling from out of state, how long should I plan to stay?

Answer:
Patients who come from so far away that it is impractical to go home the day after surgery usually stay for 7-10 days, based on their own preference. Usually, after surgery, they switch to a hotel in Philadelphia, because they usually are feeling very good and want to enjoy some of the sights and culture of this city!
