If you bring my nose out from my face, will there be scars near the nostrils?

Answer:
No. In the office, Dr. Becker will point out to you where all the incisions will be. Most of them will be on the inside of the nose. If an "open" rhinoplasty is recommended, there will be one small incision on the skin between your nostrils.
