| 24th International Symposium on Infection and Allergy of the Nose and the Rhinology 2005
The Organizing Committee of the ISIAN Congressis very excited about the upcoming 2005 joint Meeting in São Paulo, Brazil.
Otolaryngologists from many countries have shown considerable interest, and nearly all of our national and international invited guests have confirmed that they will attend. This only increases our commitment to provide you with an outstanding scientific meeting and a very enjoyable social program.
 In April, the weather in São Paulo is likely to be very pleasant, ranging from 64,5º to 71,5º F. We believe that our meeting will be a wonderful opportunity for you to visit this great cosmopolitan Brazilian city.

Scientific Program
The main focus of the Rhinology-ISIAN 2005 will be its multidisciplinary profile, with special emphasis on anatomy, allergy, maxillofacial surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, radiology, pediatrics and head and neck surgery.
On April 20th, four pre-meeting courses will be given by the most expressive international experts in the field of Rhinology.
Several panels, symposia and conferences will be addressing the most up- to-date topics and discussing controversial issues, which frequently raise doubts in our office, clinic or hospital daily routine.
The Scientific Committee will give special emphasis to the free-papers, awarding the best oral, poster and video presentations.
